Norway is part of the Schengen area, and nationals of some countries need a visa to enter the Schengen area. Delegates are advised to contact the nearest embassy, consulate or travel agency for information about the passport and visa requirements from their country for entry to Norway. If a letter of invitation is needed to obtain a visa, send a request for a letter of invitation together with an official document proving that you are affiliated with a higher education and/or research institution and working in a field related to the scope of the conference in your country of residence to info@istcp-2019.org.
