The local organizers have been informed that some of you have received either an email or a telephone from a company with a UK-based telephone number regarding accommodation and/or registration for the upcoming ISTCP-X Congress. These activities are in no way affiliated with us and this is apparently a new fraudulent scheme plaguing the scientific community. To organize your accommodation for the conference, please use the registration link below, and after the registration you will be provided with a hotel registration code that you can use to book hotel rooms directly through www.nordicchoicehotels.com at Clarion Hotel The Edge (conference venue), Clarion Collection Hotel With, or Comfort Hotel Xpress Tromsø.
If you are approached by any unsolicited party regarding registration and/or hotel reservation, do not engage with them as these are not recognized by the conference organizers. In case of concern, please contact the conference organizers directly at info@istcp-2019.org.
